Germain Armand (né le à Paris et mort le à Saint-Omer, dans le Pas-de-Calais) est un militaire et homme politique français du XIXe siècle, actif pendant la période de la monarchie de Juillet.

Officier de la garde impériale, Germain Armand est ensuite maire de Saint-Omer, conseiller général et député du Pas-de-Calais de 1834 à 1846, siégeant dans l'opposition de gauche.
