Isarn est un anthroponyme masculin d'origine germanique dérivé du proto-germanique *īsarną (« fer »). Il fut porté notamment par :
- Isarn de Grenoble († après 976), évêque de Grenoble (v.949-ap.976).
- Isarn de Marseille († ), saint et abbé de l'abbaye de Saint-Victor de Marseille.
- Isarn de Lavaur, évêque de Toulouse (1071-1105).
- Isarn de Carcassonne, évêque de Carcassonne (v.1286).
- Izarn/Isarn de Barrière, évêque de Maguelone (1487/90-1498).
- Isarn de Lautrec
, nom de plusieurs membres de la famille de Lautrec.
