Le Dr Magrew trouve les Puppet Master et après les avoirs étudiés, décide de créer une nouvelle race "d'humains" plus bons et n'ayant pas à réfléchir. Pour cela, il embauche un apprenti qui va servir de cobaye à ses terribles expériences.
