Prethopalpus java est une espèce d'araignées aranéomorphes de la famille des Oonopidae[1].

Distribution

Cette espèce est endémique de Java en Indonésie[1]. Elle se rencontre à Cibodas entre 1 380 et 1 400 m d'altitude[2].

Description

Le mâle holotype mesure 0,97 mm et la femelle 1,8 mm[2].

Étymologie

Son nom d'espèce lui a été donné en référence au lieu de sa découverte, Java.
