Le Sharp J-SH04 est un téléphone mobile fabriqué par Sharp Corporation et commercialisé par J-Phone (aujourd'hui SoftBank Mobile). Il n'était disponible qu'au Japon et a été lancé en novembre 2000[1]. Il s'agissait du deuxième téléphone japonais équipé d'un appareil photo intégré à l'arrière. Il était doté d'un capteur d'image CMOS de 1/7 pouce et de 110 000 pixels, ainsi que d'un écran de 256 couleurs, tous deux fabriqués par Sharp. Le capteur CMOS ne consommait que 20 % de l'énergie nécessaire au capteur CCD de Sharp de taille similaire[2]. Le téléphone pesait 74 g et mesurait 127 × 39 × 17 mm. Il a été remplacé par le téléphone à clapet J-SH05, sorti à peine un mois plus tard. Il est également considéré comme l'un des premiers téléphones à sonneries polyphoniques.
