사이클린 의존성 인산화 효소 조절 서브 유닛 2(Cyclin-dependent kinases regulatory subunit 2)는 인간에서 CKS2 유전자에 의해 암호화되는 단백질이다.[5][6][7]

CKS2 단백질은 사이클린 의존성 인산호 효소의 촉매 소단위에 결합하며 생물학적 기능에 필수적이다. CKS2 전령 RNA헬라 세포에서 세포 주기를 통해 다른 패턴으로 발현되는 것으로 밝혀졌다.[7]
