Casepeat(케이스핏, 본명: 김기원, 1992년 5월 20일~)은 대한민국의 일렉트로닉 뮤직 프로듀서이자 DJ, 영화음악 작곡가, 대학교수이다.

현재 디지털서울문화예술대학교 실용음악학과 외래교수로 재직 중이며, 글로벌 트랜스 커뮤니티인 Trance Family Asia의 대한민국 대표(Korea Representative), 트랜스 및 프로그레시브 음악 레이블 Play It Forward Music의 대표를 맡고 있다. 2010년대 중반부터 활동을 시작하여 전 세계 트랜스 음악 씬에서 실력을 인정받았으며, 2025년 및 2026년 EDC Korea 등 대형 페스티벌 무대에 섰다.

경력

Casepeat은 대한민국 서울을 기반으로 활동하며, Armin van Buuren의 레이블인 Armada Music, Black Hole Recordings 산하의 Subculture, Nocturnal Knights Music, Regenerate Records, AVA Recordings 등 다수의 메이저 레이블에서 작품을 발표했다.

그의 음악은 Armin van Buuren의 《A State of Trance》, Aly & Fila의 《Future Sound of Egypt》, Paul van Dyk의 《VONYC Sessions》 등 글로벌 트랜스 라디오 프로그램에서 꾸준히 소개되며 한국 트랜스 씬(Scene)의 위상을 높이고 있다.
