GF 증권(영어: GF Securities, 중국어 간체자: 广发证券, 병음: Guǎngfā zhèngquàn)은 중화인민공화국의 유가증권 회사로, 대규모 종합 증권 중개 및 거래 서비스를 운영하고 있다. 이 회사는 1991년에 설립되었으며 본사는 중국 광저우시에 있다. 2020년 중반까지 CITIC 증권, 궈타이쥔안 증권, 하이퉁 증권과 함께 중국 4대 증권사 중 하나였다.[2]

역사

차이나 광파 은행의 증권 부서는 1991년 4월 9일에 설립되었다.[1][3] 1999년 8월 26일, 이 회사는 별도의 회사로 분사되었다.[1] 2001년 7월 25일, 이 회사는 GF 증권으로 이름을 변경했다.[1]

GF 증권은 2010년 2월 12일 옌볜 로드 건설 유한회사의 역인수를 통해 선전 증권거래소에 상장되었다.[1][4]

2015년 8월 5일, GF 증권은 나틱시스의 상품 거래 부문을 4천만 달러에 인수했다.[5]

2015년 4월 10일, GF 증권은 홍콩 증권거래소에 상장되었다.[1][6]

2023년 4월, 중국증권감독관리위원회는 GF 증권이 주식 발행 심사를 부적절하게 수행한 것에 대해 소송을 제기했다.[7]

2023년 6월, GF 증권은 밸류 파트너스의 20.2% 지분을 인수할 것이라고 발표했다.[8]

GF 증권은 선전 증권거래소에 상장되어 거래되는 상위 100개 A주 상장 기업으로 구성된 SZSE 100 지수의 회원사이다.[9]

자회사

중국 최대 자산운용사 중 하나인 E 펀드 매니지먼트는 GF 증권이 22.65%의 지분을 보유하고 있는 자회사로 간주된다.[1]
