KoMate(한국어: 코메이트)는 사람인이 운영하는 대한민국의 외국인 구인구직 플랫폼이다.[1] 플랫폼명은 한국(Korea)과 친구(Mate)를 합쳐 만들었다.[2]

역사

2024년 11월 사람인은 외국인 채용 서비스 '코메이트'를 새롭게 론칭했다. 같은 달 중순 외국인 비자대행 서비스도 함께 출시했다.[3] 또한, 관련 기업 및 기관과 업무협약을 체결하는 등 서비스 외연 확장에 힘썼다.[4][5] 우리은행과 한양대학교가 대표적이다.[6][7] 2025년 10월에는 인공지능 기능을 확충하며 서비스를 전면 개편했으며,[8] 이듬해 5월에는 '비자 점수 계산기' 서비스를 론칭했다.[9]

평가

잡코리아의 클릭(KLiK), 알바천국의 케이하이어(K-HIRE)와 함께 국내 주요 외국인 구인구직 플랫폼으로 일컫어진다. 2025년 10월 기준 월간 활성 이용자 수는 11만 명으로 기록됐다.[10]
