주식회사 MDS테크(MDS Tech)는 임베디드SW 개발 전반적인 과정에 필요한 솔루션 및 플랫폼들을 제공하는 사업을 주로 하는 대한민국 굴지의 소프트웨어 기업이다.[3]
역사
MDS테크의 전신은 한국MDS로, 1998년 설립되었다.
2006년 9월 26일, 코스닥 증권시장에 상장하였다.
2010년 8월, 최대주주를 스틱인베스트먼트로 변경하였다.[4]
2020년 7월, MDS테크의 인텔리전스 사업부문을 물적분할하여 MDS인텔리전스라는 자회사를 설립하였다.
2022년 7월, 코스피 상장사인 플레이그램이 지분 32.45%를 총 950억원에 인수함에 따라, 한컴MDS에서 현재의 사명으로 변경하였다.[5]
