조셉 칸(Joseph Kahn, 본명 안준희, 1972년 10월 12일 ~ )은 한국계 미국인 영화 감독, 뮤직비디오 감독이다. 2004년 영화 '토크'를 연출하며 영화계에 데뷔하였다.

조셉 칸은 테일러 스위프트, 마룬 5, 켈리 클락슨, 푸시캣 돌스, 브리트니 스피어스, 에미넴, 레이디 가가 등 세계적인 팝스타들의 뮤직비디오를 담당하였다. 2009년 미국 음반 시장에 진출한 가수 보아의 뮤직비디오 ‘I did it for love’를 연출하며 한국에서도 많은 팬들의 주목을 받은 조셉 칸은 미국에서 가장 영향력 있는 한국인 중 한 명이다.

3살 때 미국 텍사스주 저지 빌리지로 이민을 떠난 조셉 칸은 1998년 미국 팝 아티스트 Brandy&Monica의 뮤직비디오인 ‘The Boy is mine’으로 한국인 최초 MTV 비디오 뮤직 어워드에서 최우수 비디오상을 수상하면서 유명세를 타기 시작했다. 2002 Grammy Award에서 당대 최고의 팝 아티스트인 에미넴의 뮤직비디오 ‘Without Me’로 최우수 비디오상과 최우수 감독상까지 거머쥐며 미국 최고의 뮤직비디오 감독으로 인지도를 굳히며 미국 최고의 뮤직비디오 감독으로 자리잡았다. 2004년 브리트니 스피어스의 뮤직비디오 ‘Toxic’으로 2004 MTV 비디오 뮤지 어워드에서 최우수 비디오상을 한 번 더 수상하며 미국에서 왕성한 활동을 펼치는 영향력있는 뮤직비디오 감독 중 한 명으로 자리매김했다.[1]
