추재현(秋材賢, 1999년 2월 22일 ~ )은 KBO 리그 키움 히어로즈의 외야수이다.
한국 프로야구 시절
2018년에 입단하였다. 2019년 4월 6일 KIA전에서 데뷔 첫 경기를 치렀고, 경기에서 1타수 무안타를 기록했다.

롯데 자이언츠 시절
2020년 4월 6일에 당시 키움 히어로즈 소속이었던 추재현은, 롯데 자이언츠 소속이었던 전병우, 차재용과 2:1 트레이드를 통해 이적하였다.[1]

2023년에 입단하였다.[2] 2023년 1월 16일 입대하였다.
두산 베어스 시절
2024년 11월 21일 롯데 자이언츠와 두산 베어스 맞트레이드로 이적하였다.
