하인켈(Heinkel, Heinkel Flugzeugwerke)은 에른스트 하인켈의 이름을 따서 설립된 독일의 항공기 제조사이다. 제2차 세계 대전 당시 루프트바페를 위해 폭격기를 생산한 것으로 알려져 있으며 고속 비행에 기여하고 항공 역사에서 성공적인 액체 연료 로켓 항공기 및 터보제트 전력을 이용한 항공기에 중대한 기여를 하였다. 이 두 항공기 모두 유럽에서 제2차 세계 대전 발발 직전 하인켈의 첫 비행이 있었다.
