粉蝶亞科（學名：Pierinae）是粉蝶科中的一個亞科，也是其中最後演化而成的演化支。粉蝶亞科的子分類和物種多樣性亦較其他亞科高，包含了6個族。

幼蟲的寄主多樣，與其他主要以豆科植物為食的亞科分類不同，粉蝶亞科的物種主要以白花菜科（山柑科 Capparaceae）、十字花科（Brassicaceae）、旱金蓮科（Tronaeolaceae）、桑寄生科（Loranthaceae）和檀香科（Santalaceae）植物作寄主^[1]。

種系發生

在粉蝶科的演化支中，粉蝶亞科與黃粉蝶亞科屬同一演化支，即是相互的姐妹群，於白堊紀晚期（約7,500萬）年前演化形成^[1]。

傳統上，粉蝶亞科分成2個族，襟粉蝶族和粉蝶族^[2]。粉蝶族又細分出3個亞族，和一個非正式分類「珂粉蝶類」^[3]，亦有一些地位未定的屬^[4]。更新的研究指出「珂粉蝶類」是多系群，不過核心分類仍是單系群，所以一同歸入新的族Teracolini，餘下的分類則依據不同的演化分別歸入新的乃粉蝶族和原有的襟粉蝶族。原來地位未定的屬也歸入不同的族，包括新的藥粉蝶族和纖粉蝶族^[5]。簡而言之，粉蝶亞科現今分成6個族，它們都在白堊紀晚期至古近紀中期演化形成（6,000-7,000萬年前），演化關係如下^[1]：
