《經理人員的職能》(英語:The Functions of the Executive)是切斯特·歐文·巴納德(1886年11月7日-1961年6月7日)的一本書,提出了「協同與組織理論」和「正式組織中高階管理人員的職能和運作方法的研究」[1]。它最初於1938年出版;1968年出版的《三十周年紀念版》仍在印刷[2][3]。
