Al Dhagaya (bahasa Arab: الضغاية) merupakan sebuah wilayah di Dubai, Uni Emirat Arab (UEA). Terletak di Deira di timur Dubai, Al Dhagaya membentuk bagian dari pantai timur laut Dubai di sepanjang Teluk Persia. Al Dhagaya terletak dekat Deira Corniche dan berbatasan dengan Al Baraha, Al Ras, Al Sabkha dan Ayil Nasir.

Salah satu wilayah penghunian paling terpadat di barat Deira, Al Dhagaya juga memiliki sebuah distrik ekonomi dengan souk dan pasar tradisional. Dubai Gold Souk terletak di jantung Al Dhagaya.
