Al Waheda (bahasa Arab: الوحيدة) merupakan sebuah wilayah di Dubai, Uni Emirat Arab (UEA). Terletak di timur Dubai di Deira, Al Waheda berbatasan di utara dengan Pelabuhan Al Hamriya, di barat dengan Abu Hail, di timur dengan Al Mamzar dan di selatan dengan Hor Al Anz. Rute D 92 (Jalan Al Khalij) dan D 89 (Jalan Al Rashid) membentuk jalan lingkar utara dan selatan Al Waheda.

Al Waheda, yang berarti Esa, terdiri dari penghunian dengan apartemen rendah dan vila dan rumah kota independen. Konsulat Filipina dan Syria terletak di Al Waheda.
