Batbayan (meninggal 690) (juga dikenal sebagai Bayan atau Boyan, Bezmer atau Bezmes, Bazmei + an) merupakan putra sulung Khagan Kubrat. Setelah Kubrat, Batbayan memerintah dari Poltava Bulgaria Raya, tanah-tanah utara Laut Hitam dan Laut Azov.
