Blachernitissa
Blachernitissa (bahasa Yunani: Βλαχερνίτισσα), juga disebut Theotokos dari Blachernae (Θεοτόκος των Βλαχερνών, Θεοτόκος η Βλαχερνίτισσα) atau Bunda dari Blachernae (Παναγία η Βλαχερνίτισσα), adalah ikon enkaustik mewakili Yang Paling Kudus Santa Theotokos dan Perawan Abadi Maria. Ikon ini juga merupakan nama yang diberikan kepada Gereja yang dibangun untuk menghormati Perawan Maria di bagian Blachernae di Konstantinopel. Nama Blachernae mungkin berasal dari nama seorang Vlach (kadang-kadang ditulis sebagai Blach atau Blasi), yang datang ke Konstantinopel dari Danube bagian bawah.[1]
