Daktilisin (EC 3.4.24.60, peptide hormone inactivating endopeptidase, PHIE) adalah sebuah enzim.[1][2][3] Enzim ini mengkatalisis reaksi kimia berikut:
- Hidrolisis peptida yang terdiri dari setidaknya enam residu, dengan residu hidrofobik berukuran besar pada posisi P1'. Menunjukkan preferensi untuk doublet hidrofobik seperti -Phe-Phe- dan -Phe-Leu- pada somatostatin-(1-14)-peptida dan dinorfin A-(1-6)-peptida.
Endopeptidase ini terdapat pada kulit amfibi, Xenopus laevis.
