Diagoras dari Rodos (/daɪəˈæɡərəs/; bahasa Yunani: Διαγόρας ὁ Ῥόδιος) adalah seorang petinju Yunani kuno dari abad ke-5 SM, yang dikenal karena kemenangannya sendiri, beserta kemenangan para putra dan cucunya. Ia adalah anggota keluarga Eratidea di Ialysos, Rodos.
