ETS (bahasa Inggris: E26 transformation-specific) adalah sekelompok faktor transkripsi yang mengatur diferensiasi, respon terhadap hormon dan lintasan tumorigenesis pada sejumlah organ endokrin dan jaringan tubuh.[2]
Ets-1, salah satu anggota ETS, merupakan protein yang langsung mengatur banyak gen penting pada lintasan angiogenesis dan extracellular matrix remodeling, seperti MMP-1, MMP-3, MMP-9, uPA, dan integrin-β3.[3] MAPK merupakan enzim akan mengaktivasi Ets-1 dan Ets-2.[4]
