Entelegynae adalah subkelompok laba-laba araneomorph. Hampir semua anggota kelompok ini, tidak seperti kebanyakan anggota Haplogynae, memiliki delapan mata, dan betina memiliki piring genital. Namun, beberapa spesies entelegyne tidak memiliki (atau dikurangi) mata, dan laba-laba enam bermata memang terjadi, misalnya dalam genus Lygromma (Prodidomidae, Gnaphosoidea).
