Fluorinert

Fluorinert adalah nama merek dagang cairan liquid pendingin elektronik yang dijual secara komersial oleh 3M perusahaan asal Amerika Serikat.

Ini adalah cairan berbasis fluorokarbon yang stabil dan bersifat isolasi listrik, biasa digunakan dalam berbagai aplikasi pendinginan. Khususnya untuk pendinginan elektronik.

Sebagai senyawa perfluorinated (PFC), semua varian Fluorinert memiliki potensi pemanasan global yang sangat tinggi, [1] sehingga harus digunakan dengan hati-hati.
