Format paket
Format paket adalah format arsip yang digunakan untuk mengemas perangkat lunak (umumnya terjadi di lingkungan mirip Unix) ditambah dengan metadata seperti deskripsi perangkat lunaknya dan daftar dependensi.[1] Pemasangan dari format paket ini ditangani oleh manajer paket atau disediakan pemasang mandiri (standalone installer).[2]
