Indianapolis Colts adalah tim sepak bola Amerika profesional dari Indianapolis, Indiana. Mereka adalah anggota divisi selatan dari American Football Conference (AFC) dalam National Football League (NFL) dan juara Super Bowl XLI saat ini. The Colts telah memenangkan 5 kejuaraan nasional American Football, yaitu 3 juara NFL dan 2 Super Bowl(Super Bowl V (1970) dan Super Bowl XLI (2006)).

Klub ini didirikan di Indianapolis, Indiana pada tahun 1953 dengan nama Baltimore Colts kemudian berganti nama pada tahun 1983. Stadion mereka ialah Memorial Stadium (Baltimore) pada 1953 kemudian pindah ke RCA Dome pada 1983. Pada tahun 2008, klub ini pindah ke Stadion Lucas Oil.
