Ismail Merchant (25 Desember 1936 – 25 Mei 2005) adalah seorang produser film dan sutradara kelahiran India. Ia berkarya selama beberapa tahun dalam kolaborasi dengan Merchant Ivory Productions yang meliputi sutradara James Ivory serta penulis naskah Ruth Prawer Jhabvala.
