Lei Jun (雷军) merupakan pendiri, chairman, dan CEO dari perusahaan ponsel pintar Xiaomi.[3] Dia merupakan bekas Chairman dan CEO dari Perusahaan Publik Hong Kong, Kingsoft. Lei Jun mendirikan Xiaomi pada 6 April 2010. Lei Jun sering disebut sebagai "Steve Job-nya China", tetapi Lei lebih merasa perusahaannya mirip Amazon.
