Louis Cancelmi (lahir 9 Juni 1978) adalah seorang aktor asal Amerika Serikat. Ia sering tampil dalam produksi The Public Theater, baik di Astor Library maupun di Delacorte Theater di Central Park.[1] Dia dikenal karena penampilannya di Boardwalk Empire (2014), Blue Bloods (2015–2016), The Irishman (2019) dan Killers of the Flower Moon (2023).[2]

Kehidupan awal

Cancelmi lahir di Pittsburgh.[3] Keluarganya pindah ke California, lalu ke Anchorage, dan kemudian ke Seattle, dengan Cancelmi menganggap Anchorage sebagai kota asalnya. Dia adalah saudara dari aktris Annie Parisse.[4]

Cancelmi mulai berakting di teater SMA. Ia kuliah di Universitas Yale, masuk dengan minat di menulis dan matematika, tetapi akhirnya mengambil jurusan teater.[3]

Kehidupan pribadi

Ia menikah dengan Elisabeth Waterston, putri Sam Waterston.[5][6] Mereka tinggal di Hudson Valley bersama anak mereka.[3]
