Marasmiaceae adalah sebuah famili jamur dalam ordo Agaricales. Basidiokarpnya (badan buah) umumnya agarik, tetapi terkadang juga sifeloid (dalam genus Cellypha). Menurut sebuah perkiraan tahun 2008, famili ini mencakup 54 genera dan 1590 spesies,[1] tetapi studi molekuler yang didasari oleh analisis urutan DNA secara kladistika, menghasilkan sebuah konsep famili yang lebih terbatas, hanya mencakup 13 genera dan sekitar 1205 spesies. Ukuran famili ini semakin diperkecil pada 2020, menjadi hanya 10 genera dan sekitar 700 spesies.
