Melaut Bersama adalah album dari grup musik Koes Plus yang dirilis pada tahun 2006 di bawah label Virgo Ramayana Record. Album ini merupakan kolaborasi Koes Plus dengan Departemen Kelautan dan Perikanan Republik Indonesia.[2][3]

Album terdiri dari lagu-lagu baik lama atau baru, dengan lirik dari lagu-lagu lama telah ditulis ulang oleh Soen`an HP sehingga menjadi bertema kelautan, perikanan atau nelayan,[3] beberapa contohnya adalah lagu "Layang-Layang" yang berubah menjadi "Sejahterakan Nelayan" serta "Desember" yang berubah menjadi "Tsunami".[2] Produksi album memakan waktu satu setengah bulan.[3]
