Neidan, atau alkemia internal (Hanzi tradisional: 內丹術; Hanzi sederhana: 內丹术; Pinyin: nèidān shù), adalah suatu himpunan doktrin esoteris serta praktik fisik, mental, dan spiritual yang digunakan oleh para praktisi Tao untuk memperpanjang usia dan membentuk tubuh rohani abadi yang akan tetap bertahan setelah kematian.
