Norimaki

Norimaki + Sushi = Makizushi

Norimaki (海苔巻) adalah berbagai hidangan Jepang yang dibalut dengan rumput laut, biasanya sebuah jenis sushi, makizushi (巻き寿司).[1] Selain makizushi, onigiri (おにぎり, bola nasi), sashimi, senbei (煎餅) dan chikuwa (竹輪) juga dapat dianggap sebagai norimaki jika hidangan tersebut dibalut dengan rumput laut.[2]
