Oh Jung-se (lahir 26 Februari 1977) adalah aktor Korea Selatan. Ia memulai kariernya dalam dunia teater dan sejak itu telah muncul dalam banyak film sebagai peran pendukung selama bertahun-tahun seperti dalam film Petty Romance (2010), Couples (2011),[1][2] As One (2012), A Millionaire On the Run (2012),[3][4] dan Running Man (2013). Tetapi, penampilannnya dalam film komedi romantis tahun 2013 berjudul How to Use Guys with Secret Tips membuatnya mendapat perhatian khusus dari para kritikus dan penonton.[5] Hal ini membawanya mendapatkan peran utama pertamanya dalam film tahun 2013 berjudul The Hero.
