Patriarkat Kaldea Baghdad (bahasa Latin: Patriarchatus Babylonensis Chaldaeorum) adalah Patriarkat Gereja Katolik Kaldea, yang bermarkas di Katedral Maria Bunda Dukacita, Baghdad, Irak.
