Pemberontakan Panthay (Hanzi sederhana: 杜文秀起义; Hanzi tradisional: 杜文秀起義; Pinyin: Dù Wénxiù qĭyì, 1856-1873) adalah gerakan separatis suku Hui dan Muslim Tiongkok yang menentang Dinasti Qing di Yunnan barat daya sebagai bagian dari gelombang ketidakpuasan etnis.

Nama "Panthay" berasal dari bahasa Burma, yang digunakan orang Burma untuk menyebut Muslim Tiongkok dari Yunnan yang datang dengan karavan ke Burma. Nama ini tidak digunakan atau di ketahui di Yunnan.[1]
