Paktika (bahasa Pashtun: پکتیکا) adalah salah satu dari 34 provinsi di Afganistan. Provinsi ini terletak di sebelah timur negara itu. Provinsi Paktika dibagi menjadi tiga belas distrik dan berpenduduk 413.800 orang.[2] Pashtun merupakan etnis terbesar di provinsi ini. Provinsi Paktika beribu kota di Sharana, sementara kota terbesarnya adalah Urgun.
