ROHM Semiconductor (ローム, Rōmu) (TYO: 6963) adalah sebuah pemasok barang elektronik Jepang yang berpusat di Kyoto, Japan. ROHM didirikan dengan nama Toyo Electronics Industry Corporation oleh Kenichiro Sato (佐藤 研一郎) pada 17 September 1958. Namanya secara resmi berubah menjadi Rohm pada tahun 1981 dan kemudian berubah lagi menjadi "ROHM Semiconductor" bulan Januari 2009. Sato telah menjabat sebagai presiden ROHM sejak pendiriannya. Ketika ROHM didirikan, resistor adalah produk utamanya. Kemudian, perusahaan ini mulai merakit semikonduktor. IC dan semikonduktor diskret sekarang mewakili 80% laba ROHM. Nama Rohm (yang awalnya bernama R.ohm) berasal dari R untuk resistor, produk aslinya, plus ohm, satuan ukuran hambatan.

Pada bulan Oktober 2008, ROHM mengambil alih bisnis semikonduktor OKI. Pada bulan Oktober 2009, ROHM mengambil alih pemasok MEMS Amerika Serikat, Kionix.

Pada tahun 2008, ROHM termasuk di antara Worldwide Top 20 Semiconductor Sales Leaders.
