Safra Ada Catz (bahasa Ibrani: צפרא עדה כץ‎; lahir 1 Desember 1961) adalah seorang pengusaha Amerika Serikat yang menjadi CEO Oracle Corporation, perusahaan teknologi komputer multinasional. Ia lahir di Holon, Israel, dari orang tua Yahudi. Ayahnya adalah seorang imigran dari Rumania. Dia pindah dari Israel ke Brookline, Massachusetts, pada usia enam tahun. Catz lulus dari Brookline High School dan meraih gelar sarjana dari Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania pada tahun 1983 dan J.D. dari University of Pennsylvania Law School pada tahun 1986. Ia menjadi eksekutif di Oracle pada April 1999. Pada April 2011, dia ditunjuk sebagai co-presiden dan chief financial officer (CFO), yang melapor ke pendiri perusahaan, Larry Ellison.[1]
