Sai ua (bahasa Thai: ไส้อั่ว, bahasa Lao: ໄສ້ອົ່ວ, pelafalan [sâj ʔùa]) iadalah sosis babi panggang yang berasal dari Thailand utara, Myanmar timur laut, dan Laos utara. Di Thailand, sosis ini juga dikenal sebagai sosis Thailand utara atau sosis Chiang Mai yang merupakan makanan khas provinsi utara.[1] dan telah menjadi sangat populer di seluruh Thailand juga.[2] Namanya dalam bahasa Thailand dan Lao berasal dari sai (usus) dan ua (mengisi).[3]
