Enzo Coloni Racing Car Systems, sering disebut Coloni saja, adalah tim balap asal iItalia dan mantan konstruktor Formula Satu. Meskipun telah berhasil di Formula Tiga dan Formula 3000, tim ini salah satu tim yang gagal sukses saat berlaga di Formula Satu. Tim kecil ini bahkan tidak pernah memiliki sumber daya manusia, staf keuangan atau teknik yang tepat, kadang-kadang terdiri dari hanya lima anggota dalam satu tim kerja.
Coloni adalah tim pembantu Subaru selama 1990. Dari tahun 1987 hingga 1991, tim Coloni mencoba turun balapan di F1 sebanyak 82 kali tetapi hanya lolos kualifikasi 14 kali saja. Pada lima kesempatan saat sebuah mobil koloni selesai lomba, tidak ada satu pun poin yang berhasil diraih. Coloni Motorsport terus bersaing hari ini di Seri GP2.
