Shchi (bahasa Rusia: щи; IPA: [ɕːi] ( simak)) adalah sebuah sup kubis khas Rusia. Saat sauerkraut dipakai sebagai bahan pengganti, sup tersebut disebut sour shchi, di samping sup-sup berbahan dasar sorrel, bayam, nettle, dan tumbuhan serupa yang disebut shchi hijau (bahasa Rusia: зелёные щи, zelyoniye shchi). Pada masa lampau, istilah sour shchi juga dipakai untuk merujuk kepada sebuah minuman, sebuah variasi dari kvass, yang tak berkaitan dengan sup tersebut.[1][2]
