Sierra Madre de Chiapas adalah pegunungan yang terletak di Amerika Tengah. Pegunungan ini terbentang dari negara bagian Chiapas di Meksiko hingga El Salvador dan Honduras. Sebagian besar gunung berapi di Guatemala terletak di pegunungan ini.
Di sebelah selatan pegunungan ini, terdapat wilayah dataran rendah yang sempit di tepi Samudra Pasifik, sementara di sebelah utaranya terdapat wilayah dataran tinggi dan cekungan, termasuk Cekungan Chiapas yang memisahkan Sierra Madre dari Lembah Chiapas, dataran tinggi Guatemala, dan dataran tinggi pedalaman Honduras.
