Anthony Joseph "Tony" Gilroy (lahir 11 September 1956) adalah penulis naskah dan sutradara film Amerika Serikat. Ia menulis naskah empat film pertama seri Bourne yang dibintangi Matt Damon dan menyutradarai film keempatnya.
