Yuen Woo-ping (Hanzi: 袁和平; Pinyin: Yuán Hépíng; terlahir pada tahun 1945 di Guangzhou, Tiongkok) adalah seorang koreografi seni bela diri berkebangsaan Tiongkok yang juga seorang film direktor, yang sekarang menjadi salah satu orang sukses dan berpengaruh di industri perfilman Hong Kong. Dia juga adalah salah seorang penggagas ide pembuatan Avenue of Stars di Hong Kong.
