The Karnival Kid adalah sebuah film pendek animasi Amerika Serikat tahun 1929. Film tersebut adalah film kesembilan dari seri film Mickey Mouse. Film tersebut disutradarai oleh Walt Disney dan dianimasikan oleh Ub Iwerks dengan musik oleh Carl W. Stalling.[3] Film tersebut adalah film pendek Mickey Mouse kesembilan yang diproduksi dan film pertama dimana ia bersuara.[4][2] Kalimat pertama yang diucapkan oleh Mickey adalah "Hot dogs! Hot dogs!", suara yang disediakan oleh komponis Carl W. Stalling alih-alih Walt Disney. Kalimat tersebut kemudian dijadikan sebagai dasar untuk pernyataan Mickey berikutnya "Hot dog!" Film tersebut dirilis pada 31 Juli 1929 oleh Celebrity Productions. Pada 1 Januari 2025, film pendek tersebut kini berada dalam domain publik. Columbia Pictures meluncurkan ulang film tersebut setelah Walt Disney Productions beralih distributor.[5]
