Thomas Ollis Hicks Sr. (7 Februari 1946 – 6 Desember 2025) adalah seorang pengusaha dan pemilik tim olahraga asal Amerika Serikat yang tinggal di Dallas. Majalah Forbes memperkirakan kekayaan Hicks mencapai $ 1 miliar pada 2009, tetapi turun menjadi $ 700 juta pada 2010.[1][2]
