Tunang (Ophichthus apicalis)[1] (bahasa Inggris: Bluntnose snake eel) adalah belut dalam keluarga Ophichthidae (belut cacing atau ular).[2] Penulis spesies ini tidak disebutkan namanya, tetapi telah dirujuk ke Edward Turner Bennett pada tahun 1830.[3] Ini adalah belut laut tropis yang dikenal dari Indo-Pasifik, termasuk Kenya, Madagaskar, Afrika Selatan, Taiwan, Thailand, dan Filipina . Itu berdiam di kedalaman maksimum 22 m, tetapi juga sering mengunjungi pantai. Laki-laki dapat mencapai panjang total maksimum 45 cm.[2]
