Uret
Uret (dari bahasa Jawa, ꦲꦸꦫꦺꦠ꧀, urèt) atau gayas (di sebagian Sumatra) adalah tahap larva dari Kumbang, terutama suku Scarabaeidae. Uret biasanya ditemukan di sekitar sisa-sisa sampah atau di dalam tanah yang mengandung banyak bahan organik. Beberapa uret juga dapat dijumpai di dalam batang pohon sebagai penggerek.
Di Indonesia, uret Lepidiota stigma sering menjadi hama utama pada pertanaman lahan kering, seperti tebu, jagung, sorgum, atau kedelai, maupun pertanaman hortikultura.
