Damua
Damua is a census town in Chhindwara district in the state of Madhya Pradesh, India. DemographicsAs of 2001[update] India census,[1] Damua had a population of 15,856. Males constitute 52% of the population and females 48%. Damua has an average literacy rate of 73%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 79% and, female literacy is 66%. In Damua, 10% of the population is under 6 years of age. Damua has now declared as a new municipality in Chhindwara. Damua is a basically divided in three parts.
